However, before we begin, you may want to consider some steps yourself.
- Give some thought about the type of remodeling plan you would like to pursue.
- What is the size of the project?
- What are the expectations?
- Will you be planning to purchase your own materials and appliances or would you prefer Crestline to purchase them?
- Determine the project budget.
Getting started with remodeling:
- We will discuss the scope of the project and if fits the size of your home.
- We will discuss your ideas and expectations.
- We will take measurements and photos enabling us to have the correct information we need for the exact size and shapes.
- We will work with you to meet your budget needs.
The following meeting someone will meet with you to:
- Present conceptual design possibilities for your home.
- Review the options and synthesis ideas.
- Give you an estimated budget within your parameters that we can use as a goal.
- When you are ready to proceed with the project a contract is signed.
- Trade contractors and suppliers will call to set up appointments in order for you to view their products at their showrooms; or you may choose to use your own suppliers and vendors.
- An estimated start date is established and any necessary permits are handled in this phase.
